About us
At Sparrows and Lilies Senior Care, we believe every senior deserves to live with dignity, joy, and peace in the place they love most, their own home. We are a family-owned, faith-inspired in-home care agency proudly serving Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and the surrounding communities. Our name comes from Matthew 6:26–28, a gentle reminder that if God so beautifully clothes the lilies and cares for the sparrows, how much more does He care for each of us in our later years.
Services
We provide compassionate, non-medical care that lets seniors remain independent while staying safe and connected. Our warm-hearted caregivers help with:

Request services
We provide companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, after-hours care, and overnight stays.
Hourly rates: $34 – $50 per hour (depending on the service and time of day).
Booking fee: A one-time, non-refundable $20 reservation fee is required to secure your first appointment. This $20 will be credited toward your final invoice.

Our companionship visits bring warmth, conversation, and genuine friendship into your loved one’s day. Whether it’s sharing stories over coffee, playing cards, reading aloud, looking through old photos, or simply sitting together in comfortable silence, our caregivers are here to listen, laugh, and make every moment brighter.
What’s included in every companionship visit:

- Accompanying on gentle walks or porch sitting
- Reminiscing and life stories
- Light calendar management and birthday card help
- Medication reminders (never administering – just gentle prompts)
- A reassuring daily phone check-in for family members
Perfect for seniors who live alone, are feeling isolated, or simply want a kind, familiar face to look forward to each week.
Charge is per hour. Discounted packages available for 12+ hours per week.
